In 2014, Facebook (now Meta Platforms) acquired WhatsApp. It is one of the most widely used messaging platforms globally, supporting personal and group chats, status updates, and business communication through WhatsApp Business for customer interactions.

Twitter is a microblogging and social networking platform launched in "2006" by "Jack Dorsey","Noah Glass","Biz Stone", and "Evan Williams". It allows users to post short messages, or "tweets," limited to "280 characters", and follow other users to see their tweets in a timeline. Twitter became popular for real-time updates, discussions, news, and trends through the use of hashtags. It's widely used for public discourse, politics, and live event coverage. In"2022", Elon Musk acquired Twitter, and in "2023", the platform was rebranded as "X" as part of a vision to transform it into a broader "everything app."
